The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has appointed Chris Helzer as its Chief Engineer. Mr. Helzer has worked as an engineer in the cellular communications industry for over 20 years. Prior to being named Chief Engineer, he worked as an engineer in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau’s Broadband Division.
