FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai has appointed Jeffrey Neumann as his Acting Legal Advisor for wireless, public safety, and issues involving people with disabilities. Mr. Neumann joins Commissioner Pai’s office on detail from the Media Bureau’s Engineering Division. He has received the Commission’s Excellence in Engineering award, and worked on numerous technical and policy issues relating to cable, DBS, over-the-top, broadcast television, video competition and broadband services, and implementation of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.
