In December 2020, the FCC released a new application fee schedule with rates that would become effective once the FCC: (1) published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the effective dates of the new application fee rates; and (2) updated its internal procedures and information technology systems. The FCC has announced that the new application fee rates for the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau will become effective on April 19, 2022.
