The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) has denied requests by Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) and the Interfacing Company of Texas (ICTX) for waiver of the Rural Health Care (RHC) Program invoice filing deadline for all participants in the Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) Program for funding year 2022. The Bureau has concluded that a blanket waiver extending the invoice deadline for all HCF Program participants is not necessary because the Bureau has already granted waivers of invoice filing deadlines on an individual basis and the Bureau has the ability to grant such waivers where good cause exists.
