Stage 4 Reverse Auction bidding in the the Federal Communications Commission’s (Commission) Incentive Auction concluded on January 13. The clearing costs have been set at $10.05 billion. The Commission is expected to release a Public Notice with the initial Stage 4 Forward Auction bidding schedule on Tuesday, January 17. The Commission has warned Forward Auction bidders that they should be ready to bid as early as Wednesday, January 18.
