With the Auction 904 auction procedures public notice released and a July 15, 2020 application deadline established, the FCC has started publishing educational auction resources for interested applicants, including a Technical Guide, an online tutorial, and instructions for the short-form application. Auction 904–the $16 billion Phase I auction of Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) support–is scheduled for October 29, 2020, and the short-form application window will be July 1 to July 15, 2020.
