President Trump has issued yet another Executive Order to further scrutinize existing federal regulations. This Executive order calls for agency heads, in consultation with the Department of Government Efficiency and the Office of Management and Budget, to identify regulations that are unlawful or undermine the Administration’s policy within 60 days. The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has been directed to consult with agency heads to develop a “Unified Regulatory Agenda” that seeks to rescind or modify the identified regulations.
