The FCC’s Rural Broadband Auctions Task Force, Wireline Competition Bureau, and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureaus) have announced upcoming deadlines for the Mobility Fund Phase II (MFII) collection of 4G LTE coverage data that the FCC will use in conjunction with subsidy data to determine presumptively eligible areas for MFII support. Contact information for this collection must be submitted at the FCC’s MFII website (https://www.fcc.gov/MF2-LTE-Collection) by October 23, 2017, and responses to the data collection are due by January 4, 2018.
