The FCC has disposed of various applications for review and petitions for reconsideration filed by NTCH, Inc. (NTCH) in 2013 relating to AWS-4 and H-block rules. The FCC both dismissed NTCH’s filing on procedural grounds as not meeting the requirements to warrant reconsideration as well as denied them on the merits. The petitions for reconsideration challenged the FCC’s authority to make certain changes to the AWS-4 band, and the application for review sought to overturn a wireless bureau decision regarding H-Block reserve pricing for Auction 96, which took place in 2014.
