The FCC has taken action to streamline its international reporting requirements by eliminating the requirement that U.S. providers of international telecommunications services file annual Traffic and Revenue Reports. Although the requirement to file Circuit Capacity reports has been retained, carriers will no longer need to file circuit data for terrestrial and satellite facilities.
