The FCC has set the compliance dates for certain requirements adopted in the FCC’s Multiple Tenant Environment (MTE) 2022 Order. By September 26, 2022, providers must comply with the FCC’s prohibition on existing exclusive and graduated revenue sharing agreements and its disclosure rules for existing exclusive marketing arrangements. In addition, the disclosure of new existing exclusive marketing arrangements requirement is required immediately.
