The FCC is seeking comment on a petition filed by the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) seeking a limited, temporary waiver of the requirement to apply the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) discount to all internet access plans by April 15, 2022. CCA requests that the April 15 deadline be extended by 60 days to allow providers ample time to make the necessary modifications to their systems in compliance with the ACP requirement. Comments on CCA’s waiver request are due by April 8, 2022.
