The FCC has released a Public Notice summarizing the results from the Supply Chain Annual Report filings for the 2021 reporting period. Advanced communications service providers are required to certify annually to the FCC whether they have purchased, rented, leased, or otherwise obtained covered equipment or services on or after August 14, 2018, pursuant to the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019. As of December 31, 2021, 79 providers certified in the affirmative and such providers are listed in the FCC’s Public Notice.
Providers that are listed in the Public Notice and those that have newly obtained covered equipment or services must submit the Supply Chain Annual Report on or before March 31, 2023 covering information as of December 31, 2022.
