The FCC has issued a Public Notice announcing the opening of a one-time information collection regarding foreign ownership that requires participation from all international section 214 authorization holders. Starting today, international section 214 authorization holders can file responses here. Responses are required no later than 11:59pm EST on January 22, 2024. All international section 214 authorization holders must have an FCC Registration Number to file responses to the One-Time Information Collection.
