The Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau has granted a waiver to Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC and similarly situated participating providers for the July 15 deadline to certify reimbursement claims under the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This waiver allows providers already enrolled in the National Lifeline Assistance Database who successfully uploaded reimbursement claims for May and June 2021 by the original July 15, 2021 cutoff but who were unable to certify those claims in time to certify any outstanding claims by August 16, 2021 instead. Similarly situated participating providers will also be eligible to receive training on the submission process by the Universal Service Administrative Company to assist with timely certification of claims in future submission rounds.
