The FCC has released a public notice announcing that it has extended the filing window to regulated entities affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands to 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday September 29, 2017. This three day extension does not impact regulatory fee payers located elsewhere in the United States. The Commission had previously granted a three day extension of regulatory fee payment deadlines to entities in Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands, Florida and portions of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
