A number of eligible schools and libraries submitted their applications to the Emergency Connectivity Fund Program (the Program) after the Program’s August 13 initial application filing window deadline. The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (the Bureau) has instructed the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) to review and process these late-filed applications during the Program’s second application filing window that runs from September 28 to October 13.
The Bureau expects that all eligible applicants will now have sufficient time to file their Program applications by October 13.
