The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau has issued Orders citing 11 companies for failing to file mandatory broadband availability and subscription data in the FCC’s Broadband Data Collection system following multiple notices by the Commission.  The following companies were cited: Crazy Communications LLC, A.C.T.S. LLC, Gila Broadband LLC, Lake Linx, Inc., FiberSpark, Inc., Internet Service, Inc., Telecast Communications LLC, WIFAST LLC, Community Cable and Broadband LLC, Simple Fiber Communications LLC, and City Wireless.

All facilities-based providers of fixed or mobile broadband internet access service are required by the FCC to submit availability and subscription data into the BDC system biannually.  The Orders require the cited companies to submit the required data within 30 days of the citation.  If the cited companies do not file the required data within the prescribed time period, the FCC may impose monetary forfeitures.
