The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) Chairman Ajit Pai has announced multiple staff changes to his office that will be effective at the beginning of next week. Chairman Pai has added C. Sean Spivey as the Wireless and International Advisor, replacing Aaron Goldberger, who is returning to the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, and Allison Baker as the Economic Advisor. The current Rural Broadband Advisor, Preston Wise, is taking on an expanded portfolio as the new Wireline Advisor, replacing Nirali Patel, who is returning to the Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB). Furthermore, Melissa Kirkel, formerly Special Counsel for the Chairman’s Office, is now returning to the WCB.
