The FCC has authorized $640 million for Rural Digital Opportunity Fund, Auction 904, broadband deployments in 26 states, amounting to nearly 250,000 locations. Auction 904 participants listed in the Public Notice attachment are required to submit irrevocable stand-by letter(s) of credit and Bankruptcy Code opinion letter(s) for each state where they have winning bids that are ready to be authorized. These letters are due by March 24, 2022 at 6 p.m. EST. Long-form applicants are encouraged to view and share the Universal Service Administrative Company’s letter of credit resources with their issuing banks.
