The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) has appointed the Honorable Sally Talberg to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service. Talberg is a Commissioner with the Michigan Public Service Commission. She will fill the position held by the Honorable James Cawley, who is a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
