The FCC has announced member appointments to the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service (Universal Service Joint Board) and the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations (Separations Joint Board).
The Commission has appointed Mary Pat Regan, Commissioner, Kentucky Public Service, to serve on the Universal Service Joint Board. This appointment fills the position that was recently vacated by Brandon Presley, Commissioner, Mississippi Public Service Commission.
The Commission has appointed to the Separations Joint Board: (1) Karen Charles, Commissioner, Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable; (2) Mary Pat Regan, Commissioner, Kentucky Public Service Commission; (3) Maida J. Coleman, Commissioner, Missouri Public Service Commission; and (4) Steven M. DeFrank, Chairman, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. These appointments fill positions recently vacated by: (1) Sarah D. Hofmann, Commissioner, Vermont Public Utility Commission; (2) Travis Kavulla, Commissioner, Montana Public Service Commission; (3) Wendy M. Moser, Commissioner, Colorado Public Utilities Commission; and (4) John Gavin, Commissioner, Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
