The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) has announced the winners of its 3.45-3.55 GHz auction, Auction 110. The auction raised $22,418,284,236 in net bids and $22,513,601,811 in gross bids, with 23 bidders winning a total of 4,041 licenses. The Commission notes that Auction 110 closed as one of highest grossing auctions in the FCC’s history. The five bidders with the largest winning gross bids from the auction’s clock and assignment phases were AT&T Auction Holdings, LLC ($9,079,177,491 in gross bids), Weminuche L.L.C. ($7,327,989,290 in gross bids), T-Mobile License LLC ($2,898,418,995 in gross bids), Three Forty-Five Spectrum, LLC ($1,379,489,483 in gross bids), and United States Cellular Corp. ($579,646,526 in gross bids).
