The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau is seeking comment on a Petition for Clarification or Limited Waiver filed by the Alaska Communications Services Groups, Inc. (ACS) asking that the FCC clarify whether ACS must provide geocoded locations for broadband deployed using Connect America Fund (CAF) Phase I support (in both Rounds 1 and 2). To the extent that ACS is required to do so, ACS requests a temporary waiver and extension until October 31, 2018 to give ACS enough time to gather the required data. Comments on the ACS petition are due by April 12, 2017 and reply comments by April 19, 2017.
