The FCC has released a Public Notice seeking comment on the emergency petition for declaratory ruling T-Mobile filed seeking clarification from the Commission as to what constitutes commercially reasonable data roaming rates. Comments are due July 10, 2014 and reply comments are due August 11, 2014.
