FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai has announced that Radha Sekar will become the new Chief Executive Officer of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), a non-profit corporation which administers the FCC’s Universal Service programs. Ms. Sekar has most recently worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Services Bureau, where she oversaw a $30 billion budget. Prior to working in the USDA, Ms. Sekar held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
