CGB Seeks Comment on Tentative Findings for CVAA Biennial Report

The FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) is seeking comment on its tentative findings on the accessibility and usability of telecommunications and advanced communications services (ACS) and equipment in connection with the biennial report to Congress (Biennial Report) that is required by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA).  The Commission must submit final findings to Congress in its Biennial Report by October 8, 2024.  Comments are due August 30, 2024
