The FCC has announced the formal conclusion of Auctions 101 and 102 for 28 and 24 GHz licenses, respectfully. Auction 102 ended on May 28, 2019 and Auction 101 ended on January 24, 2019. The FCC soon will release a public notice with detailed auction results and notifying Auction 102 winning bidders of the long-form application and payment deadline. That deadline will also mark the end of the prohibited communications period for both Auctions 101 and 102. According to the FCC, both auctions drew over $2.7 billion in gross bids with 5,869 licenses won among 55 qualified applicants.
