The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) has announced technical corrections to the Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) that affect 32 specific A-CAM eligible carriers identified in the Bureau’s announcement. Affected companies that have already elected to receive model support will be contacted by the Bureau regarding adjustments made to their A-CAM offers. Affected carriers that have not yet made an A-CAM election should contact the Bureau right away before the November 1, 2016 election deadline to ensure that elected support amounts are correct.
