The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) has issued a Public Notice seeking comment on proposed criteria for its selection of a third-party frequency coordinator for the new commercial Space Launch Service (Service). After the comment period, WTB will finalize the criteria and set a filing window for applicants to serve as the coordinator. WTB has also issued a Public Notice proposing licensing and coordination procedures for the new Service and seeks comment on the procedures.
