On December 12, Kansas will open a second application window for funding through its Advancing Digital Opportunities to Promote Technology (ADOPT) program. The additional $10.7 million will help organizations expand access to public WiFi and connected devices. On December 11 at 11 a.m. CT, the Kansas Office of Broadband Division (KOBD) will host a webinar to discuss funding priorities and application guidelines.
