The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) has announced the conclusion of the clock phase of Auction 103, which resulted in gross proceeds of $7,561,724,774. Auction 103 is an auction of licenses in the Upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz, and 47 GHz bands. Bidders won 99.9% (14,142 out of 14,144) of available licenses and winning bidders will now have the opportunity to bid on frequency-specific licenses in the assignment phase of Auction 103. A Public Notice will soon be released outlining the details of the assignment phase.
