The Federal Communications Commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has issued a Public Notice announcing the opening of a 30-day window for the relicensing of four markets where 700 MHz licensees have failed to meet their construction requirements. The unserved area markets available for relicensing include part of the Gulf of Mexico, portions of North Dakota 4 – McKenzie and North Dakota 3 – Barnes, and the entire Texas 1 – Dallam market. The application filing window will open on August 12, 2019 and close on September 11, 2019.
