Following the re-opening of the federal government, the FCC has extended the filing deadline for the upcoming FCC Form 477 Local Telephone Competition and Broadband Report. Filers will have an extra week—until Friday, March 8, 2019—to file Form 477 data as of December 31, 2018. The FCC reminds filers that “accurate and timely submission of FCC Form 477 is mandatory for affected entities and that failure to timely file may lead to an enforcement action. The Form 477 filing interface is currently available on the FCC’s website.
