Comment is sought on proposed changes to the main forms and instructions of FCC Forms 499-A and 499-Q. Form 499-A is the annual worksheet for reporting telecommunications revenues by each April 1, and Form 499-Q is the quarterly worksheet for reporting projected revenues on a quarterly basis. The various proposed changes to these forms and accompanying instructions include updates reflecting recent FCC orders, updates to the circularity factor, and clarifications on reporting international revenues, among other changes. Comments may be filed by January 20, 2019 pending any changes to the FCC’s status during the federal government shutdown. Currently, the FCC plans to remain open through January 2, 2019.
